About the Role
Desert Pacific Sales is seeking a driven and technically proficient Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across Arizona. This is a fully remote, field-based position for a highly motivated self-starter who can manage their territory with autonomy, build lasting relationships, and consistently deliver results across the municipal, water well, and industrial markets. If you have a strong background in pump systems, water/wastewater applications, and outside sales, and you thrive in a relationship-driven, technical environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across your assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with Municipalities, Contractors, Engineering Firms, Electrical Integrators/Subcontractors, and Distribution Partners.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs and application requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project follow-up.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule and territory as a true self-starter.
Requirements
- Must reside in Arizona with the ability to travel throughout the state.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience in instrumentation, pump systems, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Water/Wastewater applications is required.
- Experience in Municipal, Industrial, and water well applications, plus wholesale channels.
- Municipal background and/or water well experience, especially pump experience, is highly valued.
- Prior experience as a manufacturers’ representative is a significant advantage.
- Existing relationships with Contractors, Engineering Firms, Distributors, and System Integrators in Arizona is a significant plus.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline essential for remote working success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a large territory.

- Base Salary $100,000 – $125,000 per annum
