Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Instrumentation (Southern CA & Southern NV)
Location: Candidate must be physically based in Southern California to effectively cover the Southern California and Southern Nevada sales territory.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in instrumentation and a proven track record of sales growth. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing accounts across Southern California and Southern Nevada, with a strong focus on municipal water/wastewater markets, Industrial and Building Automation/HVAC applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with Municipalities, Contractors, Engineering Firms, Electrical Integrators/Subcontractors, and Distribution Partners.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs and application requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project follow-up.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Southern California with the ability to travel throughout Southern CA and Southern Nevada.
- Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience in instrumentation or related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Water/Wastewater applications is required.
- Experience in Municipal, Industrial and HVAC applications is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with Contractors, Engineering Firms, Distributors, and System Integrators in the territory are a significant plus.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
